The next two chapters are about Christie’s detective, Hercule Poirot. First, 1 write down everything about his birth, his past and his friends, giving a basis to the reader. Then, I describe his appearance and lifestyle, including his habits and manias, and his flat, which reflects Poirot himself. The fourth chapter’s purpose is to enlighten the connection between Poirot’s lifestyle and the method he uses when he investigates. Finally, after the conclusion, in the methodological approach, I will show how to teach the usage of the auxiliary verb, must, with the help of parts from Christie books.
