Abstract
In my paper I deal with the problem of learning difficulties, especially mild dyslexia and its concominant disabilities, being present in English as a second language lesson. It presents some general statements about the symptom of dyslexia. It also gives some suggestions for teachers how to recognise mildly dyslexic learners. It shows how to deal with them in an English lesson when their problem is not so serious that they would get an exemption from learning a foreign language. It also presents a classroom survey about teachers' knowledge of dyslexia as well as EFL teachers' attitude towards dyslexic learners. It tries to reveal the most frequent evaluating ways in foreign language teaching to see how the school reqirements and some learners' abilities meet. The occurance of dyslexia is becoming more and more common nowadays. That is why I consider this topic very important and urgent for an EFL teacher to be engrossed in.
