Abstract

In this thesis I look at the themes of Passion, Culture, and Reconciliation in Wuthering Heights. I examine them in relation to the two generations of the main characters, and I conclude that the values of Passion and Culture are opposed in the first generation, while in the second generation these values become reconciled and balanced.
