Abstract
In this thesis I will show the important role of using music and songs in language teaching. I will examine the early period in children's learning process. I analyse difficulties and characteristics of the age group. I will present different teaching techniques and make a comparison between methods. I will prove that children are able to aquire the knowledge unperceived as a result of imitation and practising with songs.
