Abstract

This thesis examines the characteristics of second language teaching, the different ways of using visuals concerning level, teaching material and effectiveness. I will prove that priority of vision beyond determining our life also influences teaching practice in a positive way. I will demonstrate how did different teaching methods utilized the advantages of visual aids in history of second language teaching and I will find evidence for the succesful employment of visuals partly from my own partly from other teachers teaching experience. I will find evidence for the realization of the specialities of second language teaching in teachers teaching practice.
