Abstract

The focus of this thesis is the examination of applying video in teaching English, in addition introducing a new method called "movie way" which is my invention. Based on a case study made by me at a summer English camp I will prove that- opposing the relevant methodological literature- video can be applicable in English language teaching also in elementary and beginner levels. For further investigation of the effectiveness of "movie way" I will introduce a testing system and will I also give options putting this new method into practice in school teaching.
