Certain legal decrees attempt to restrict American kids' opportunity to get access to guns but there are many back doors that enable them to use and own weapons. In addition, the Wild West folklore, depicted by western movies are responsible for the deforming of today's American young generation's conscious. These main factors are discussed and are the means of the argument that school shooting is a special American phenomenon.
