Abstract

In my thesis I focus on the development of modern feminism in the fields of work. I will introduce the sex-typing of jobs and the sexual division of labor which were the main problems of women. I will describe how females could achieve to reduce their working time and how women could gain equality in employment which was not only beneficial for them but also every employed individual in the labor force market.
