Abstract

In my thesis work, I aimed to determine what project work is and how we can use it in foreign language teaching. 1 intended to show the connection between motivation and project work and how teachers can use project work effectively to raise their students’ motivation and interest. I examined the educational values of this method in language teaching and why it is so useful in lessons. I examined the teacher’s role in this method and how we can organize project work. In my research section I examined whether my students liked this method in the English lessons and how project work helped to individualize students’ knowledge and involved their personalities in the learning process.
