Abstract
This thesis examines the importance of certain discipline level in classroom in order to achieve effective teaching for children. Presenting several popular classroom management models, which have been on the American and world scenes for two decades or more, giving examples for both overdoing and underusing discipline and their consequences, using my teaching experiences and research on the ideas of the local students' and teachers' about discipine, I will demonstrate that success in the classroom requires appropriate discipline.
