Abstract

In the first part of my thesis I am going to support that staying to an English speaking country at least for a year can promote various skills, self-confidence and self-expression of the students. Besides theses skills the general English knowledge can be improved. In the second part I would like to support that foreign scholarship programmes, although sound tempting, they are not satisfying enough for the students. Besides this what are the other reasons that cannot trigger the students' interest.
