Abstract

This thesis examines the O.J. Simpson criminal trial. I will prove that at the trial racism was proved to be a more heinous crime than murder. With the help of the criminal trial transcripts, furthermore, articles and analyses in connection with the case I will investigate racial issues that appeared in connection with the trial. I will demonstrate that racism infiltrated in several situations and finally overtook the trial. O. J. Simpson was not acquitted because he was innocent, but because he made to be a victim of racism.
