Abstract

This thesis examines how important tales are in young learners life. It describes the general characteristics of young learners, and explains reasons why do pupils learn English language. It throws light on the fact that tales are highly develop children's personality. It explores how and when stories and tales can be used in English lesson. It proves that tales and stories highly develop comprehensive skills, especially listening, reading and speaking skills. Finally practising English teacher were asked to fill in a questionnaire connected to their opinions and experiences about using stories and tales in English lesson.
