Abstract

My thesis is divided into six parts. The preface contains, how the idea of my topic came. The second chapter is about personality. It contains the definition of personality and also its developmental stages. I considered it to be important to understand teacher's situation in school. The next part includes the definition of motivation, which is essential to be mentioned to see what do I mean by it. From this chapter we can also learn the different groups of motivation and their interpretation concerning to students. The last part of this chapter is about how a teacher's personality influence learners. The fourth chapter contains the results and consequences of a survey from three age groups. The results are represented in charts. The fifth part of the thesis is about progress; how teachers can become more influential. In the last chapter I draw the conclusions of this work.
