Abstract

In my thesis I would like to deal with interlanguage which is one of the research fields of applied lingusistics. The influence of the native language is one of the elements of the interlanguage construct. Interference errors appear in case of Hungarian Learners of English (HLE) as well. Here I would like to concentrate on the errors of primary school students in Hungary. I would also intend to look at the different approaches to learners'errors used in linguistics. In my research I would like to focus my attention on pupils' performance including teachers' view and learners' view on error making.
